Team DAIWA Match with Airdrive design – lighter, stronger and more sensitive.

The integration of DAIWA's Airdrive design provides some significant advantages to  the TDM Match & Feeder reels compared to the previous models. The Airdrive design concept saves weight and shifts the balance from the front unit of the reel to the lower section – this results to better overall balance and greater sensitivity when fishing.
The Airdrive rotor with the redesigned bail arm also reduces the risk of line tangles on the bail and ensures fewer tangles and stress-free fishing, especially in windy conditions or when using thin braided lines.

The strong Tough Digigear gear with extra-large gear teeth rotates very smoothly and ensures perfect power transmission under load – ideal when a cage feeder needs to be moved up to the surface quickly or when strong fish need to be played fast over a weedy edge. The gear unit is torque resistant fixed inside the aluminum reel body.

The EVA handle knob on the fast-fold handle ensures perfect grip and easy handling with wet hands and fingers. It features a QD brake system.
